CANCELLATION, PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Covid-19 Delivery
We are running as normal. However shipping delays may occur due to Covid-19  and customers may experience longer delays then usual, especially on International orders.

Please take this into account that your item may take longer then usual. 

Cancellation

Once an order is placed we offer a strict 24 hour cancellation period from the time of the placed order. To cancel your order please email essroselabel@gmail.com stating the order name and number.

Please be aware that if your item has been shipped before you cancel your order we are not responsible and you are unable to cancel your order once it has been shipped. 

 

Processing & Shipping -

STANDARD SHIPPING 

We offer FREE standard shipping on our all items. Please note our standard free shipping is NOT tracked.

Once an order is placed, it will take between 2-3 working days to be dispatched. Once dispatched the order will take the following; 

-UK CUSTOMERS- 2-5 DAYS AFTER DISPATCH 
-INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS 2-3 weeks depending on the country. International shipping is £4. 
NEXT DAY SHIPPING
Orders placed before 12PM working days will be dispatched same day with guaranteed next day before 1PM
- Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday/Bank holidays, with next day shipping, will be dispatched Monday. 
*Please note- PRE ORDER items will have longer processing times and please email info@essroselabel.com for an approximate delivery date.

Once an order has been dispatched each customer will receive a dispatch email which confirms the item has been dispatched, customers that have chosen EXPRESS or TRACKED shipping with also receive a tracking number. 

Should a parcel be attempted, it is the customers responsibility to collect this item before this is returned back to us. 

*Please note that any customers purchasing outside of the UK may incur an import charge- this can vary depending on the country the goods are being delivered to. Please bare this in mind when ordering- as we are not liable for such costs and will not provide a refund. 

All items are sent with Royal Mail. Please note that we hold no responsibility for delivery and its the customers responsibility to sign for and track delivery. 

If the customer fails to receive their parcel after a delivery attempt is made, this will then be redirected back to us and we will be in touch to rearrange delivery.
